1.Study the issues and reports referred to it by other departments or by the Director General or his deputy, and presented to His authority.
2.Checking complaints referred to it - according to the authorities - about the administrative and financial irregularities and other irregularities.
3. Preliminary investigations and to participate in the investigations disclosed by censorship, or referred to it by the Director General and the investigation in cases involving complaints of other departments.
4.Oversight and investigations necessary procedures in various sections of the Library; to ensure work safety and the rationalization of performance.
5.Workflow in the library to ensure its conformity with the rules, regulations and procedures.
6.Regularity of staff footprint-mail and follow-up assignments and vacation time system (and others) in coordination with the Personnel Department.
